Christmas gifts
Every year I have the same old problems. Usually I decide that I will not give any gift for anyone. It is a smart decision and everyone supports me on that.
But then someone tells me that I will get a gift from another person. Then I have to buy a gift for that person. When Christmas day comes I have a list of people who I have to offer a gift to. I spend the money I can´t spend because of that.
This year I was thinking about giving personalized gift or maybe green gifts that are less expensive and more original than normal gifts.
I think I will fix a budget and follow that so I will not spend too much money.
I want to have a pet
I always liked animals but I can´t have one right now because my apartment is not big. It wouldn´t be fair to have a pet. Pets need space and care, I know that I can provide care, but space is another problem.
Today when I was going back home, I saw an advertisement that was all about this. It looks like it was something related to vet clinic. It doesn´t matter. The fact is they were telling people to get a dog or a cat and how to chose the right pet.
It is a good thing to find one of these advertisements instead of things like Nightforce rifle scopes.
Maybe I will get a pet after all. What about a hamster? I think they are so cute.
Pause to talk about a new game
A friend of mine just introduced me a new game called Ikariam. It is a free browser game and it is kind of addictive. Everything happen in real time and you don´t need to install anything.
You have a mission: expand your territory. You can make alliances, build cities or even rob other cities. It is a really nice game.
I made a pause writing about financial crisis and office furniture just to play a little but now it looks like I am unable to stop playing.
I just wish that I can download the game and install it in my server. I will make a research and see if it is possible.
Playing more games
I love to visit some game sites and usually I download a game and just play the trial until I get tired of it. Something different happened now though. I was playing Build a Lot and it is addictive. If you never played this game you don´t know what you are missing.
The game is all about buying and selling houses. Something like commercial real estate only it is not real at all. It is fun because you can make millions really fast and the houses will sell very fast.
Anyway it is a nice game and I am having a lot of fun playing it. And they have a second version of the game. I didn´t download it yet. I know that if I do that I will buy the game and I don´t want to spend more money right now.
