I just finished writing my last post and I got an email from some crazy guy talking about scams and how could I talk about Nouveau Riche University. This guy was saying that there is a Nouveau Riche Scam going on.
Like I said in another post, I have been talking about the Nouveau University for a while and I am sure that there is no such thing as a Nouveau Riche Scam.
Nouveau Riche University is a very well known institute that offers a wide variety of over 30 real estate investing and business related classes.
Maybe someone could think that it is too good to be true. Usually things are that way, but I can say from all I have heard that this is not the case. This is the first time I heard about this Nouveau Riche Scam and it surprises me.
There are a lot of success stories in the Internet that started with this University. Usually I don´t believe in magical solutions for our problems, but in this case things are quite different.
First of all, there is no magical solution at all. It is just an University that offers great courses and help people to find a new job. Second, the success depends of the students will. They are responsible for their success, I mean.

Nouveau Riche
I talked about the Nouveau Riche in the previous post but I wanted to talk once more about that. I went to their site and I found out about the Nouveau Riche classes such as Short Sales, Wholesaling, Foreclosures, Buying and Holding, Lease Options and Tax Strategies.

The Nouveau Riche University has been mentioned in an issue of Your Business at Home Magazine which is one of the most known business magazines out there.
Only one company is chosen per month by this magazine, and last January Nouveau Riche was featured meaning that the University has been recognized as a serious and prestigious institute.
If you want to take a look at that magazine you will find it at many different bookstores and retailers such as Barnes & Noble, Borders, Hastings, Books-A-Million, B. Dalton, and Staples. I don´t know if it can be found online but I will take a look and let you know by inserting a link in another post.
I guess it can be found online because nowadays we can find anything in the Internet. I guess a simple search will be enough, but now I have to go.
Directories and exchange tools
When I first began to use the Internet I didn´t know anything about Exchange Tools or directories. I wasn´t alone. Many companies didn´t know anything about it as well. Maybe many small companies still don´t know how important this kind of things may be.
Nowadays it is very important to have access to an Active Directory Management system if you want to have success in this area. It wasn´t something site owners used to worry about ten years ago. Online companies were rare back then and their organization and management weren´t that difficult.
This changed over the years. Like everything in life, having control of things is the way to success. If you have a company and you want to be on control of everything you should search for an Exchange Management system.
I am sure it will be a solution for every problem you have. Well, at least I am sure it will be a solution to technologic problems. Other problems will require diferent solutions. For instance, if you own a company and you need access to tools that will be responsible for all your data this may be the solution for you.
Car loans
I discovered something interesting a few years ago. While my friends were buying used cars I decided to buy a new one. The interesting part of it was that even if the car was more expensive I would spend less money with auto loans , maintenance and even taxes.
Getting a Personal Loan is something easy to do, something that we are all used to do. Getting a Car Loan is a totally different matter.
For instance we have more papers to sign and we have to pay for a long time. Anyway, I think it is a good idea to get a loan and buy a new car then to ask for Pay Day Loans and only be able to pay a small part of the car.
Right now I am pay a financing for my car and I am quite happy because I don´t spend a lot in maintenance. And I love new cars, of course.
