I Want to Believe

For many years I used to be a hardcore fan of The X-Files. I loved the characters, the stories, everything about the series.

I used to have a site, this one actually. It is called Subsolo that means underground in Portuguese. I wanted it to be basement but I couldn´t get the domain. In Portuguese basemente is porão. It wouldn´t be nice in a domain name.

In this page I had information, list of episode guides, fanfics, pictures, etc…

After the end of the series I just stopped updating the site. When I decided to create this blog I found a place to my old stuff.

You can find fanfictions at the menu. There is a large archive in English called Badguys. Feel free to download the texts and tell your friends about it.

Now, I wanted to talk about the movie. I wanted to believe that it would be a great movie, but it isn´t. It was nice to see Mulder and Scully once again. It was great to see how their interaction didn´t change at all.

But the story is so weak, the other characters aren´t strong. It was a great disappointment to me. I will buy the DVD when it comes out only because I need to have them all.

Now, I don´t want to be so negative. I have to say that this movie is way better than the end of the series. It should be the final episode and it would be great that way.

If you are going to watch this movie please stay at the very end of it, after the final credits. You will love that I am sure.
