Did you know that wine is good for you?
Studies have found increased health benefits for red wine over white wine, included cancer protection. Scientists discovered that red wines from south of France and from Italy have the highest levels of procyanidins that are responsible for red wine´s heart benefits.
Studies have also found that moderate consumption of other alcoholic beverages may be cardioprotective, although the association is considerably stronger for wine.
I have to say that even if wine is good for your health it is better not drink too much. Just a glass of wine a day and you will be fine.
